Elemendeco is a core team of two self employed qualified and dedicated traders, Oliver Lassalle and Martin Homola. This team can be extended on demand according to size and deadlines. We base our strength on a very long term partnership and mutual trust.
We have been working in the industry for more than 15 years and we gained invaluable experience from problem solving to advising clients, but above all, achieving goals within deadlines up to a high end quality standard.
Our major positives compared to the average builders are consistent emails, importance of good verbal communication and understanding plus a follow up with clients, trustworthiness and reliability, tidiness and cleanliness.
We also have a flexibility policy that allows us to work together as a team (size might vary depending on contract) or separately, but also within other construction teams.
We cover most aspects of renovations and maintenance whether domestic or commercial. Contracting projects, assessing tasks and potential difficulties, sourcing materials, pricing up and quoting on first fix and/or second fix up to the finishing stage of snagging.
On top of traditional decoration we also execute various artistic commissions like special effects, wood, marble, stone, distressed (Shabby chic)… or artistic murals and Trompe l’oeil.
